Standbook writes the stand's paperwork.
Buy a card from a private seller and Danish law wants a voucher, a signature and a cash check. Sell it on and it wants another voucher, with the VAT worked out on your margin rather than on the price. Standbook writes all of that as you trade, and closes the quarter with one export for SKAT.
Built for our own stand at shows and markets, and in use there. 3PEAT is the first user. The app is in Danish.
AB
Buy from a private seller
Standbook writes the settlement voucher, takes the signature, runs the cash anti-money-laundering check and files it as the next AB number. The card lands in stock.
SA
Sell from stock
It writes the sales voucher as the next SA number and works out the margin VAT internally. The buyer sees a normal receipt and never the margin.
Q
Close the quarter
One export: a margin-VAT report your accountant can book straight away. Vouchers are kept for five years.
Three plans.
The account is free. Build your stock first, and start 14 days of the whole product when your next show is close. The trial takes a card and charges nothing until it ends; cancel before then and the stand stays on Gratis.

What a plan carries
Four capabilities are enforced in the product rather than printed on a price card. A plan either carries one or refuses it, with a sentence saying why.
- Writing vouchers
- The QR shop
- Inviting a colleague
- A second stand
- The Dinero day book
The words the rules use.
Brugtmoms
The used-goods margin scheme. VAT is worked out on the margin, per sale, and never shown to the buyer.
Afregningsbilag
The settlement voucher written when you buy a card from a private seller, with their signature on it.
Salgsbilag
The sales voucher written when the card leaves stock.
Hvidvask
The cash anti-money-laundering check, run before a cash purchase is filed.
Kvartalseksport
The quarterly export for SKAT, in the form an accountant can book.
What Standbook is not.
Standbook is not a registered digital bookkeeping system. You keep Dinero or e-conomic and book its vouchers there.
A Danish revisor has not signed off the compliance logic yet, so it is not revisor-approved and we say so.
