When you place an order, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment has been received. Until then, no contract exists.

If an item turns out to be sold out, or a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order. We will tell you by email and refund the full amount, including shipping, within 14 days.

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

The shop currently sells slab covers only. Graded cards are not sold here; when they are, they fall under the Danish margin scheme (brugtmomsordningen) and VAT is not itemised on receipts for those items.

Payment is handled by Stripe on a hosted payment page. We accept cards. MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered at checkout where enabled. The amount is charged when the order is placed.

We ship to Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria and Poland. Shipping is 49 kr in Denmark, 119 kr to Germany and 159 kr to the rest of the EU, all including VAT. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Typical transit times after dispatch: Denmark 1 to 3 business days, Germany and France 2 to 3 business days, Sweden 2 to 4 business days, Poland 3 to 4 business days. All EU shipments are tracked.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret) from the day you receive the item, under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven).

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@3peat.dk within the 14 days. You can use the standard withdrawal form from forbrug.dk, but you do not have to. Wording like this is enough:

I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [item], order 3P-XXXXXXXX, received on [date]. [Your name], [your address], [today's date].

We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Send the item back to 3peat ApS, Persiensvej 8, 2300 København S, Denmark, no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. You pay the return shipping.

You may inspect the item the way you would in a shop. If the item has been handled beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and function, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund. Please use the original packaging where possible.

We refund the full amount, including the original standard shipping cost, to the payment method you used. The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have sent proof that you posted it, whichever comes first.

You have a 2-year right of complaint (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (koebeloven). Write to info@3peat.dk as soon as you notice a fault. You can also message us on Instagram.

If the complaint is justified, we repair or replace the item, or refund it, and we cover your reasonable return postage.

Danish law applies. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can bring it to Center for Klageloesning, Naevnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk.
