01

Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and 3peat ApS, CVR 46268555, Persiensvej 8, 2300 Koebenhavn S, Denmark, info@3peat.dk. They cover accounts and use of 3peat.dk, the 3PEAT webshop and the Standbook service (formerly called Standkassen and Holobog). Purchases in the webshop are additionally covered by the terms of sale.

02

Accounts

You need to be at least 18 to open an account. You are responsible for what happens under your login and for keeping your password and connected Google or Discord account secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

You can close your account at any time from the account page or by e-mail. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the services, to break the law, or to harm other users, and we will say why unless the law prevents it.

03

The webshop

Prices are in Danish kroner including VAT. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Delivery, returns, the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year right of complaint follow Danish consumer law and are set out in the terms of sale linked above.

04

Standbook

Standbook is a helper system for purchase vouchers, sales vouchers and margin-VAT reporting for resellers of used goods. It is not a registered digital bookkeeping system under bogføringsloven; you keep your accounts in your own registered system and use Standbook alongside it. You remain responsible for the correctness of the data you enter and for your own tax filings.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid period. Prices are shown excluding VAT on the pricing page. During a free trial nothing is charged and no card is required.

You own the data you enter. We process it only to run the service, under the data processing agreement shown inside Standbook and the privacy policy.

05

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to, do not attempt to access other users’ data, do not overload or probe the services, and do not use them for anything unlawful, including trade in counterfeit cards.

06

Availability and liability

We aim for the services to be available at all times but do not guarantee it, and we may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice. To the extent Danish law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data that you could have exported.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Danish law.

07

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We give at least 30 days notice of material changes inside the service or by e-mail; continued use after that date means you accept them. Danish law applies, and disputes are heard by the Danish courts. Consumers may also complain to Center for Klageloesning, Naevnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk.
